Welcome to our 2024 Youth Player Registration with the Stingers!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.  The full registration is best viewed and completed on a laptop/tablet/chromebook.

*Please note, we have updated our registration forms and kindly suggest you allow enough time to complete all sections of this registration in its entirety as you can not save it. It may take upwards of 20mins to review all materials now included with our 2024 updated Youth Registration. 

 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  Items have been marked with * are required. Please ensure to provide an answer or N/A. The system will not allow you to save and therefore must be completed in FULL. You will receive an email confirmation when registration is completed.

You may choose to complete registration through our secure site to pay by Credit Card. Please have your Visa or MasterCard, available.  Note that the payment processing  system charges a  service fee which will be added at check-out. 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS - SEE BELOW

If you prefer to pay by e-Transfer, YOU WILL STILL BE SENT TO THE CREDIT PROCESSING PAGE. The system will allow you to complete your registration of $0! Please enter the discount/promo code PAYOFFLINE and send payment to treasurer@newmarketstingers.ca  

2024 Registration Fees

Discounts

2024 updates to our system do not allow us to combine discount promo codes. ONLY ONE CODE  per order. This means if you are needing to pay by eTransfer/Cash/Chq Your only discount code to apply is PAYOFFLINE   To note: Your registration will still need to be sent to the credit card processing page, however you will see a $0 owing and you can complete your registration fully. 

  1. EARLY BIRD discount – automatic 20% discount will be applied if you register and pay before December 31st, 2023. Take advantage of this incredible offer before its too late!
  2. SIBLING discount – For families registering more than one child, save $10 for each child. If you wish to register a sibling and you are paying offline (eTransfer/Cash/Chq) please enter PAYOFFLINE in the discount code field, and when you complete your $0 processing page, and when you complete your payment offline, deduct $10 each registration from the total shown.
  3. BRINGABUDDY discount – enter the name of your buddy who you’ve encouraged to play with the Stingers for the first time and receive a $25 refund after they’ve registered!  No promocode required.

  • Cheque - Continue to check out and enter in promocode PAYOFFLINE. Continue to complete registration until you see the confirmation page. Then please mail cheque to Newmarket Minor Softball Association. P.O. Box 21525, Newmarket, ON  L3Y 8J1.
  • Cash - Continue to check out and enter in promocode PAYOFFLINE. Continue to complete registration until you see the confirmation page. Then please help to make arrangements to deliver it to our Treasurer.  They will provide you a receipt.
